We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after the delivery of the last item in your order to request a return.
For customers in the European Union, this also includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Cancel or Return Your Order
You will be asked to sign in with the email address used for your order. We will send you a 6-digit verification code by email. After signing in, open your order and choose the available option to cancel or return eligible items.

Order cancellations
You may request to cancel unfulfilled items before they are fulfilled. If your order is already fulfilled, shipped, in transit or the cancellation option is no longer available in the portal, please contact us at info@gotclose.com as soon as possible.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For EU withdrawal returns, you may inspect the item as you would in a store. If an item has been used, worn, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and fit, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect any loss of value, where permitted by law.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or cancellation may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us at info@gotclose.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards and custom or personalized products, where applicable. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Some products may be marked as final sale only where permitted by law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. For EU withdrawal requests, refunds will be processed within 14 days, but we may wait until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.
If original shipping costs were paid, the standard delivery cost will be refunded where required by law. Extra costs for upgraded or express shipping are not refunded.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@gotclose.com.
